Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and any transactions entered into with Newman Performance Horses (operating under MCC Livestock Pty Ltd, ABN 52 661 890 722).

1. General

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Newman Performance Horses reserves the right to update these terms at any time without notice.

2. Horse Sales

All horse sales are subject to a separate sale agreement. Horses are sold as described. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own veterinary inspection prior to purchase. Newman Performance Horses makes no warranty as to the future performance of any horse.

3. Inspections & Trial Rides

All inspections and trial rides are conducted at the buyer's own risk. A signed Inspection & Trial Ride Waiver is required before any trial ride is permitted. This waiver includes recreational services liability clauses in accordance with Queensland law.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Newman Performance Horses and MCC Livestock Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the purchase, use, or handling of any horse sold through this program.
